We've watched this little guy's journey through his first year since he was a brand new baby! His family booked a newborn photography session with us and then the complete Milestone Moments package which includes the 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, and 1 year cake smash sessions =)

Here's little Ricky when he was a newborn:

We thought he looked pretty punk rock =P Next was our 3-month session:

He had such awesome expressions! Then came the 6-month session:

Such a cutie! At 9-months, he really started to look more like a toddler and less like a baby:

Clearly destined for the limelight... And then we finally came to his 1 year cake smash celebration!! We started the session off with a few outfits because cute:

When we introduced the cake into the picture, he wasn't quite sure what we wanted from him:

But he soon figured out that not only was he allowed to get really messy, but we were all encouraging it!! Life can be so confusing... It's so fun watching kids react to the cake - that's why these sessions are our favorite =)

It was such a pleasure and an honor to document the first year of Ricky's life. We hope this collection will always remind his family of how special his first 12 months were, and that it will show Ricky how loved he was right from the start!
